Russian Woman Crosses Busy Road In True Indian Style, Hilarious Video Leaves Internet In Splits

Russian Woman Viral Video: Crossing busy Indian roads can be tricky for anyone new to the country, and a Russian woman living in Jaipur recently showed just how to do it like a local, in a way that’s both clever and funny. Vera Prokofeva shared a video on Instagram where she teaches her friend the unique ‘Indian style’ of crossing the road. She begins by saying, “The first rule you need to learn in India is how to cross the road.” Then, with confident hand signals, she shows how to get drivers to stop without actually stopping the traffic lights.

“You have to show them you are stopping them, and then walk to the other side,” Vera explains, as she carefully and skillfully makes her way across the busy street. She even crosses twice to make sure her friend gets the hang of it, ending the video with a cheerful “Mission complete successfully!”

“Don’t do that if you see a THAR on the road. Thar riders are the newest brand of chhapri,” warned a fourth user. “Hahahaha, you learnt it right. Also, don’t forget to yell “aberukh” if the vehicle doesn’t stop,” a fifth user added. “Perfect, but sometimes check the speed of cars, this power can’t control high speed suddenly,” added another.
