Television actress Rubina Dilaik recently enjoyed a nearly week-long getaway to Ladakh with actress Hina Khan and her family, sharing glimpses of the trip and praising the region’s hospitality, cultural experiences and warm welcome.
The ‘Chotti Bahu’ actress said the stay offered her family more than scenic views and lasting memories, highlighting the kindness of the people and the thoughtful efforts made by their hosts to ensure they felt comfortable.
In a video shared on social media, Rubina recalled how her husband, Abhinav Shukla, was given a special birthday celebration during the trip. The hosts arranged a cultural programme for the families, making the occasion particularly memorable.
“Almost seven nights here, and we left with something much more than memories of a beautiful stay. We left feeling genuinely cared for,” Rubina wrote, describing the warmth of the people, the graciousness of the staff and the personal attention given by the property’s owner.
She said the simple, home-style food and welcoming atmosphere made the family feel safe, relaxed and at ease throughout their stay.
“These weren’t just arrangements; they were gestures that made us feel truly welcomed,” she added, thanking everyone who had looked after them for their kindness, patience and warmth. She said they had arrived as guests but left with deep gratitude.
The video featured Rubina enjoying Ladakh’s scenic landscapes while travelling with her family. It also showed her and Abhinav attending the cultural programme, with Hina Khan joining in the celebrations alongside the families and children.
On the professional front, Rubina recently competed in the stunt-based reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 15’ and emerged as one of its top finalists. She is set to compete in the grand finale for the trophy.
