Rishita Kothari’s rumored boyfriend and internet personality Mridul Meena is yet again in the headlines after months of creating buzz over an alleged feud with his girlfriend’s on-screen partner Parth Samthaan from Colors TV show Seher Hone Ko Hai. Now, in the latest development, Mridul has taken legal action against the actor Gaurav Sharma, who is also a part of the show.
Rishita exited the show earlier before the major leap, but it seems the matter hasn’t been resolved yet. Reportedly, Mridul initiated legal action against Gaurav over his remarks during an interview about the alleged controversy involving him and Parth Samthaan.
Speaking to Free Press Journal about the matter, Mridul emphasized that people should not create or spread stories if they know the full truth. Mridul’s reaction comes after Gaurav, during an interview, made statements about the alleged feud involving him and Parth Samthaan. The internet personality called these claims defamatory and even pointed out that they could harm his reputation.
Mridul in his statement said, “If you don’t know the full story, and if I choose to stay quiet and ignore certain things, that doesn’t mean anyone can create or speak stories about me.”
He added he can do the blame game, but he isn’t interested in that, “Stories are good to hear when they’re part of a project, but this doesn’t work in real life. I can also accuse ten people of ten different things, but I don’t want to get involved in that.”
Mridul also clarified he doesn’t care what people think about him, but one should not say anything without legitimate proof, warning of legal action: “Anyone is free to think whatever they want, and I honestly don’t care. But if someone uses my name in interviews or links me to anything that crosses boundaries without any proof, it will be treated as a legal offense. My legal team will take every possible legal action necessary.”
Gaurav Sharma, during an interview with Telly Talk, opening up on the reported matter involving Rishita Kothari and Parth Samthaan, shared he has heard about it: “Rishita ka boyfriend aur Parth inka koi social media debate ho gaya hai, kisi baat ko le kar koi hurt ho gaya hai uske chakkar mein.”
Gaurav also shared that the matter even got serious, “Mamla kaafi garma gaya tha beech mein.” The actor pointed out he even witnessed a “cold war” between Rishita and Parth while they were shooting together. Sharing his opinion, Gaurav said that these things affect the atmosphere on a set.
Ending the matter, he joked, “Isliye main kehta hoon ye sab karo mat set pe.” After which Mridul decided to take legal action against the claims.
