He broke the record of West Indies legend Sir Viv Richards, who hit 34 Test match sixes against England in his entire career.

Rishabh Pant now has 1197 runs in Test Cricket against England, thus becoming the Asian wicketkeeper with the most runs against the nation in the longest format of the game. He overtakes MS Dhoni, who has scored 1157 runs in Test Cricket against England.

Rishabh Pant could have easily scored his third century of the series, given the fluency with which he was batting. However, he could only manage to score 74, after a brain-fade moment in the crease.
