The actress has shared this good news with her fans on social media and has also written an emotional note. He has stated in his post that the Bombay High Court has not only relaxed him in bail restrictions, but has also allowed him to keep his passport.
Riya Chakraborty ready for new chapter
33 -year -old Riya Chakraborty shared a photo on Instagram on Friday, showing her passport. In its caption, he wrote, “Patience was my only passport for the last 5 years. Countless fights. Unlimited expectations. Today I have my passport again in my hand. I am ready for my Chapter 2.” With this, he has shared emoji to fly flights and hands.

Riya Chakraborty filed an application in court
Riya Chakraborty had applied to Bombay High Court to get his passport back. He had said that due to the ban on passport, he is getting delayed in working and projects are also coming out of his hand. The court looked at Riya’s appeal and saw that he had not violated any conditions for bail and also gave full support in the proceedings. After notice on all these points, the court allowed Riya to withdraw his passport. Now she can travel abroad and for this she will not have to get permission from the court.

However, Justice Neela Gokhale has placed a condition with permission to keep Riya Chakraborty, that he will have to be present in the court on every hearing. Apart from this, they will also have to share a datel attached to it four days before the journey. For example, for what purpose are they going? Which hotel is going to stay. Also, they will have to keep their phone on and after returning from the journey, they will have to inform the authorities.
Why was Riya Chakraborty’s passport seized?
After the death of Sushant Singh Rajput in 2020, Riya Chakraborty was accused of provoking him for suicide. He was investigated by the Maharashtra Police as well as three agencies of the Central Government Enforcement Directorate (ED), Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and CBI. As part of the action, his passport was confiscated, which he has got back finally.
