New Delhi. There is news of a bomb blast in a car near the Red Fort in Delhi on the evening of Monday 10 November. After this blast there was chaos everywhere. There are reports of 2-3 people injured in the blast. Due to the explosion, the car started burning and some cars parked nearby also got hit. According to reports, the blast took place near Gate No. 1 of the Red Fort metro station. After the blast, the glasses of vehicles parked nearby also cracked. As soon as the information was received, the fire brigade team reached the spot and controlled the fire. Why and how the explosion occurred is currently being investigated.
Police are scanning nearby CCTV footage
The police have surrounded the area where the car exploded. The forensic team has also reached the spot and surrounding CCTV footage is being watched. Please note that the car was parked in the parking lot near Fort Metro Station. After the blast, some people present there also made a video of it, in which the car is seen burning. Let us tell you that this bomb blast happened at a time when on Monday itself 2900 kg of ammonium nitrate was seized from a doctor’s house in Faridabad, adjacent to Delhi. Ammonium nitrate is used in making explosives.
