Ram Charan and director Sukumar are reuniting for a new film. Although the project is yet to be titled, it is currently referred to as “RC17,” as it marks the 17th film in Ram Charan’s career.
The team has decided to hold the film’s formal launch ceremony on October 20, ahead of the Dasara festival. The pooja ceremony will take place in Hyderabad.
A new office has been finalised in Hyderabad for the project, and the pre-production work has already begun. Mythri Movie Makers will bankroll the film, with Sukumar Writings co-producing it.
Sara Arjun is reportedly in the running to play the female lead. Meanwhile, Ram Charan has already started losing weight to sport a leaner look for the film.
