Music director Anirudh Ravichander is set to collaborate with director Sukumar for the first time. He will compose the music for Sukumar’s upcoming film with Ram Charan, tentatively titled RC17.
The film will be formally launched on November 1, with regular shooting scheduled to begin in 2027.
From “Arya” to the recent pan-Indian blockbuster “Pushpa 2”, Sukumar has collaborated with Devi Sri Prasad on most of his films, with their combination delivering several chartbusters.
However, the two are now parting ways, reportedly due to differences, paving the way for Anirudh Ravichander to come on board RC17.
Anirudh is expected to begin work on the film’s music after his wedding celebrations.
He is reportedly set to marry Kavya Maran in Greece in November and is likely to be away from work for about a month.
