Raúl Fernández confident that Sepang could be good for Aprilia, where he hopes to ‘continue to improve and find more positives’

The MotoGP caravan is heading to Malaysia and Raúl Fernández is confident and believes that Sepang could be a positive place for him and the team, not forgetting how the Asian rounds served to ‘find many positive points’.

In a preview statement for the upcoming GP, this weekend, the Spaniard began by recalling the Asian phase in general terms: ‘We are going to get to the end of this triple header after Australia and Thailand now and I think we found a lot of positives during these weekends’.

Fernández still regretted the way not everything went well in Thailand: ‘It was just a shame to finish Buriram like we did – but over the rest of the weekend, we have been working very well and gathered a lot of important information’.

But he showed confidence in improving in Malaysia:

– I think Sepang can be a good track for us. I couldn’t do the test there at the beginning of the season because I was injured, but I always enjoy riding in Sepang, so I hope we can continue to improve and find more positives. I will definitely try to enjoy as much as possible because it’s very important to end the season on a high
