Pan-India star Rashmika Mandanna has reportedly sustained a serious injury while shooting for her upcoming films Ranabaali and Mysaa. According to reports, the actress suffered a complete tendon detachment in the hip region after performing continuous action sequences and demanding dance routines.
The severity of the injury has reportedly surprised doctors, who stated that such tendon damage is generally seen only in professional athletes undergoing intense physical training. The diagnosis has raised concerns, considering Rashmika’s packed shooting schedule and multiple professional commitments.
Medical experts have advised the actress to take complete rest for six weeks to avoid further complications. She has also been recommended to undergo a structured rehabilitation program to help the detached tendon heal properly and regain strength before resuming work.

Rashmika is currently one of the busiest actresses in Indian cinema, simultaneously working on four major pan-India films. Apart from her film commitments, she is also the brand ambassador for nearly 30 leading brands, making her one of the most sought-after celebrities in the advertising world.
With the actress now expected to remain away from shoots for several weeks, the schedules of her upcoming films and multiple advertising campaigns are likely to undergo changes. An official update from Rashmika or her team regarding her recovery and return to work is still awaited.
