Afghanistan claims 400+ deaths in Kabul after Pakistani airstrike targeted a hospital. Pakistan denied, saying that it only attacked military targets. Afghan cricketers including Rashid Khan have condemned it.
On Tuesday, Afghanistan accused Pakistan of carrying out air strikes on a hospital in Kabul. This hospital was for the treatment of drug addicts. Afghanistan claims that more than 400 people were killed in this attack. At the same time, Pakistan has denied these allegations. Pakistan says its strikes, which were also carried out in eastern Afghanistan, were only on “military targets and infrastructure supporting terrorists”.
Rashid Khan, one of the greatest spinners of T20I and former captain of Afghanistan, has fiercely targeted Pakistan for these deadly air strikes in Kabul. Civilians have also lost their lives in these attacks.

He further wrote, “This disregard for human life, especially during the holy month of Ramadan, is abhorrent and worrying. It will only increase hatred and division. I call on the United Nations (UN) and other human rights agencies to fully investigate this latest atrocity and bring the perpetrators to justice. I stand with our Afghan people in this difficult time. We will recover, and we will rise again as a nation. We would have always done so.” Yes. Inshallah!”

Other Afghan cricketers have also condemned the Pakistani air strikes, especially those that occurred during the holy month of Ramadan.
After the news of a large number of people being killed, former Afghanistan captain Mohammad Nabi also spoke.
He wrote, “Tonight in Kabul, hope was lost in a hospital. Young men being treated were murdered in a bombing by the Pakistani military regime. Mothers waited at the gate, calling out the names of their sons. Their lives were ended on the 28th night of Ramadan.”

Pakistani air strikes in Kabul
The Pakistani army has launched several attacks on Kabul in recent weeks. It is part of a controversy that began after claims that the Taliban government was harboring militants who have carried out cross-border attacks. At 9:00 pm local time (1630 GMT) on Monday, massive explosions rocked the city, followed by retaliatory anti-aircraft fire. After breaking the fast of Ramzan, people who came out got scared and started running towards safe places.
