Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has a total of 227 seats, out of which the Mayor’s majority figure is 114. As of now, BJP seems to be leading on 90 seats in BMC and Shinde’s Shiv Sena is getting lead on 28 seats, that is, the alliance has won and the figure is 118. In such a situation, BJP has won the maximum number of seats in the Mahayuti alliance, thus BJP can have a mayor in BMC.
BMC will get mayor after four years
