According to the scriptures, it is appropriate to celebrate the fast and birth anniversary of Ram Navami on the same day on which Navami Tithi is present in the midday period i.e. in the afternoon.
Since, there will be no Navami Tithi at noon on 27th March. Therefore, celebrating Ram Navami on 26 March 2026 is best and according to the scriptures. However, according to Udaya Tithi, Ram Navami can also be celebrated on 27th March. Chaitra Navratri will end on this day.
