– On the morning of Friday, March 27, after taking bath etc., take a resolution to fast and worship. Before puja, clean the house and purify it by sprinkling Ganga water.
– Install the idol or picture of Lord Shri Ram and Mother Sita by spreading a red cloth on a wooden platform at the place of worship. Apply tilak to God.
– Garland the Lord and light a lamp of pure ghee. Offer things like Abir, Gulal, Roli, rice, paan, perfume, betel nut, sacred thread, puja thread etc.
– During the puja, keep chanting the mantra Om Ram Ramay Namah in your mind. Offer sweets and fruits to God as per your wish and chant this mantra-
