Ram Charan has once again visited a hospital following the wrist injury he sustained recently. The actor underwent surgery for the injury at Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore last month. Today, he visited the hospital for a follow-up procedure.
Doctors have successfully removed the cast and the rods that were placed in his wrist during the surgery. The procedure was performed by Dr. Praveen under the guidance of Dr. Rajasekaran and Dr. Sabhapathi.
It may be recalled that Ram Charan sustained the wrist injury while shooting an action sequence for “Peddi”. He underwent surgery after completing the film’s shoot. During today’s follow-up procedure, the wrist rods were removed, and he was advised to continue with rehabilitation.
Ram Charan is now expected to undergo intensive physiotherapy for the next eight to ten weeks. This means his complete recovery could take more than two months.
The actor is set to work with director Sukumar on their next film. However, the film’s shooting is expected to begin only in early 2027.
