New Delhi: In a tragic incident, actor and model Harshil Kalia died on Monday in a car accident. Her car lost control and crashed into a divider in Jaipur, leading to her death.
How did the accident occur?
The fatal accident of 30-year-old Harshil Kalia took place on Shipra Path Road in Jaipur. She was returning home from work at around 11:30 pm. According to a CCTV footage, her car crashed into a divider, and overturned, flipping on its left side.
Local people make the vehicle steady and rescued the actress. She was to a private hospital with severe head injuries, and doctors pronounced her dead. Police are trying to find out accident’s the exact cause, specifically if the vehicle was speeding or if there was another car that was trying to overtake it. A post-mortem examination has been done and the police have handed over the body to the family members of the deceased.
Kalia acted in the web series ‘Crime Next Door’. Also, she was an anchor at a news channel, and was the female lead in several Rajasthani songs. Recently, she was trying her hand in modelling. Her father works for a private newspaper.
