As per the sources of ED, in January 2019 Saurabh Kushwah, CEO of Arms Prime Media Limited, approached Kundra to invest in the company. Kundra’s association with Arms Prime Media Limited continued until December 2019, during which the HotShot app was developed.

Later, the app was purportedly sold to Kenrin for $25,000, with ongoing maintenance responsibilities shared between Kundra’s Vihan and Kenrin. Now, the ED is reviewing bank transactions.

Meanwhile, Raj Kundra, who has consistently maintained his innocence, had earlier written to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), seeking an investigation into the pornography case. He alleges that he is being framed due to a personal vendetta orchestrated by a fellow businessman collaborating with certain police officers.
