BJP MP Manoj Tiwari has hit back at Rahul Gandhi’s statements. When Rahul called PM Modi a ‘coward’, Tiwari called him ‘Pakistan’s spokesperson’. He said that in a democracy, it is a matter of pride to bow before the public for votes.
Amidst the ongoing political turmoil in Bihar Assembly elections 2025, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari has sharply retaliated on the statements made by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Rahul Gandhi had called PM Modi a ‘coward’ and ‘one who dances for votes’, on which Manoj Tiwari called him the spokesperson of Pakistan.
“Rahul Gandhi is the spokesperson of India’s opponents”
BJP MP Manoj Tiwari strongly criticized Rahul Gandhi for calling PM Modi a ‘coward’ regarding ‘Operation Sindoor’. Manoj Tiwari alleged that Rahul Gandhi always talks as anti-India.
Tiwari said, “Rahul Gandhi talks as the spokesperson of Pakistan. He never spoke as the spokesperson of India. Those who will become the spokesperson of India’s adversary talk like this.” He also said that Rahul Gandhi is going to insult the people of India and the Indian Army.
Referring to the clashes on the China border, Tiwari said that the Chinese people had moved forward earlier, but due to the determination of PM Modi, they had to retreat. He said, “Narendra Modi had also given his direct message to Trump that if he shows his eyes, we will not be afraid.”
There is no shame in bowing down to vote.
On Rahul Gandhi’s statement in which he had said that PM Modi can even dance for votes, Manoj Tiwari replied that in a democracy, it is a matter of pride to pray to the people and bow down before them.
He said, “We should pray to the public for votes and democracy. Rahul Gandhi is saying such things because of ego.” Manoj Tiwari stressed that Narendra Modi is the prime servant of the public and he has no shame in bowing or pleading before the public. Along with this, Tiwari also accused Rahul Gandhi of insulting Sanatan and Lord Bholenath.
Counterattack on SIR protest in Bengal
Manoj Tiwari reacted to Trinamool Congress (TMC) opposing the SIR law in West Bengal. He made it clear that hooliganism and bullying will not suffice in implementing the laws of the country.
Tiwari said, “Those who have died or who are illegal infiltrators, their names should not be there (in the voter list or other official records). If anyone talks about hooliganism or bullying in implementing the law, then the Election Commission is enough for that.”
