Rahul Gandhi Vote Theft: Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has once again reiterated the allegations of ‘Vote TheFT’ on the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Election Commission. Addressing the ‘Vote Adhikaar Rally’ in Bengaluru on Friday, he demanded the Election Commission to provide the last 10 -year voter list and video recording of voting immediately.

Rahul Gandhi’s claim-Congress and coalition defeat due to rigging
Rahul Gandhi claimed that the Congress and its coalition in the 2024 Maharashtra Assembly Elections 2024 were due to rigging in voting. He said that our alliance won a lot of seats in the Lok Sabha elections but after four months BJP’s victory in Maharashtra assembly elections was shocking. Investigation revealed that one crore new voters came and the BJP won where they were voters. Our votes did not decrease but new votes went to BJP’s account.
Question on Karnataka election and Lok Sabha defeat
Rahul Gandhi said that the Congress was projected to get 15-16 seats in the Karnataka Lok Sabha elections but the party got only 9 seats. He alleged that we sought voter list and CCTV footage from the Election Commission but did not get help. After this, the law to provide video was also changed.

Rahul Gandhi appealed to save the constitution
The Leader of Opposition said that we have protected the Constitution of India. In this, the voice of Ambedkar ji, Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Patel, Basavanna, Narayan Guru and Phule ji echo. The constitution gives every citizen the right to vote. He said that the Election Commission is engaged in snatching the rights of democracy with the BJP. Those who steal votes will never be released.
Election Commission asked for affidavit from Rahul Gandhi
On the other hand, the Election Commission has advised Rahul Gandhi to sign the declaration of Chief Election Officers of Maharashtra and Karnataka. The Commission has advised him to complain with affidavit so that he can investigate.
