In Madhya Pradesh, corruption cases are not taking the name of stopping. Recently, Minister Sampatiya Uike was accused of bribery of Rs 1,000 crore, while now another surprising case has come to light from Shahdol district.
Shocking in the name of repair work at Government High School located in village Sakandi of Beauhari assembly constituency
The scam has surfaced.
Four liters of paint, 168 laborers! In this government school, 168 laborers and 65 masons have been shown in documents for the painting of only four liters of oil paint. For this “work”, ₹ 1,06,984 was paid, while the ground reality is telling something else. The bill of dates in the bill was released by an agency called Sudhakar Construction on 5 May 2025, but the school principal verified the same bill a month ago i.e. on 4 April 2025.
This discrepancy is questioning the validity of the entire bill. Pushing only 4 liters of paint… 168 laborers, 65 masons, will fly conscious to see the bill; Not a big scamfoto in a government school, yet the passed payment is mandatory to attach pictures of “before and after” in any maintenance work under government rules. But in this case there is no photo, no work details, yet the Treasury Officer passed the payment.
When the cleanliness of the administration was sought from the District Education Officer Phool Singh Maripachi on the matter, he said that he got information about this from social media. “I will conduct necessary action by conducting an inquiry,” he said. This case not only exposes the waste of government resources, but also shows lack of accountability and administrative negligence.
