The Vande Bharat train accident on Friday in Purnia district has now taken a new turn. Four innocent people died in this painful incident and a child was injured, but now the relatives of the deceased have claimed shocking. Families say that this is not an accident but a conspiracy for a well thought out murder. Following this allegation of family members, Purnia MP Pappu Yadav spoke directly to the IG of Purnia range and demanded immediate investigation.

Family allegations- This is not an accident, murder

The families of the deceased say that the way the children’s dead bodies were found together, it is clear that they have been killed and thrown on the railway track elsewhere. Family members say that if there was a collision with the train, the bodies would have been badly mutilated and scattered in different places. But all the bodies will get more safe at the same place, due to which they suspect that it is not a railway accident but a conspiracy already hatched.

The families also alleged that a contractor had threatened their children several times before. He says that the same contractor is behind this murder and he killed these children and threw the dead body on track so that it could be given the form of train accident.

Pappu Yadav talked to IG

On Saturday, Purnia MP Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav came to meet the relatives of the dead. When the families expressed their tragedy and doubt, Pappu Yadav immediately called the IG of Purnia Range and informed about the case. He said that the allegations made by the family are very serious and the police should investigate it deeply.

Pappu Yadav told the IG that if this is the murder, immediate action should be taken against the responsibilities. He urged the police not to stop this incident as mere railway accident, but should be investigated in the direction of every doubt.

Painful death of minors

The accident took place near Kasba Gumti on Friday evening. Five minor children were found on the railway track, out of which four died on the spot, while one was found in a seriously injured condition. Police sent all the bodies for postmortem. The deceased have been identified as Sundar Kumar (15 years), Jigar Kumar (15 years), Sintu Kumar (14 years) and Rohit Kumar (14 years). The injured child has been identified as Kuldeep Kumar (14 years). All the children were residents of Chandpur Bhangha village of Banmankhi and came to Kasba to see the fair.

Demand for financial help and justice to family members

On receiving information about the incident, MP Pappu Yadav reached Purnia directly from Patna. He met the families of the dead and gave financial assistance of 20 thousand rupees to each family. He said that this amount is for consolation, but most important it is that the truth comes out and the culprits are punished. Pappu Yadav told the media that “This case is very sensitive. The lamps of poor families are extinguished. If this is murder then it is a heinous crime against humanity. The police administration should conduct a fair and fast investigation.”

Questions arose on investigation, resentment among people

There is both anger and fear among the local people after this incident. People are raising questions whether this Vande Bharat accident was really or the children were killed and slammed on track. It has now become a big subject of discussion in the area. At present, the police has started investigating the case, but the allegations of family members have brought the entire incident under suspicion. People are hoping that the administration will soon reveal the truth and provide justice to the families of the dead.
