Brownies are a favorite of children and adults alike. Its light, soft and rich texture melts in the mouth and the crunchiness of nuts or chocolate chips makes it even more tasty. Generally, fitness freak people or those who have any health problem avoid eating it, because sugar and sometimes flour is also added to it, but you can make such a brownie at home in which neither flour nor sugar is used. Its recipe has been shared by the personal chef of actor Hrithik Roshan.

The brownie recipe shared by Hrithik Roshan’s chef can be eaten even by those who have problems with gluten. Apart from this, if you are a fitness freak then this brownie also contains protein, so you can eat it without guilt. So let’s see the recipe.

Brownie Ingredients

You will need 1 cup coconut flour, 1 cup almond flour, 1 teaspoon munk fruit powder, chocolate chips, 2 teaspoons coconut oil, two eggs, 1 scoop Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon protein powder, walnuts as per requirement. Now know how to make brownie.

Gluten Free-Sugar Free Brownies

  • To make gluten free, sugar free and protein rich brownies, you have to first prepare the premix.
  • To make premix, first of all mix almond flour and coconut flour in a bowl. In this you have to add monk fruit powder and then keep it aside.
  • Take another bowl and add chocolate chips in it and also add about two spoons of coconut oil in it.
  • Now heat the mixture of chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler on low flame until it becomes completely smooth.

Protein Rich Brownie

  • After preparing the chocolate, you have to take another bowl and break 2 eggs into it. You also have to add 1 scoop of Greek yogurt in this.
  • Add the prepared chocolate sauce (a mixture of melted chocolate chips and coconut oil) to the egg and Greek yogurt mix you have prepared.
  • After mixing all the ingredients, whisk well. Now add the premix of almond flour and coconut flour that you had prepared.
  • After premix, it is the turn of the main ingredients i.e. adding protein powder. Due to which these brownies will become a perfect treat for fitness freaks.
  • After mixing all the things well, you have to prepare the mold. Spread parchment paper in it and grease it with a little butter.
  • After pouring the brownie mixture into the mold, gently tap it on the table two to three times so that extra air comes out and it sets properly.
  • Now it’s time for garnishing. For this, take walnuts as per requirement, peel them and then cut them into small pieces with a knife. Spread it over the brownie mixer.
  • Now you have to bake these brownies at 170°C. Check it after about 20 minutes and if there is still a little moisture left in it, you have to bake for a few more minutes.
