The rate of premium diesel in Delhi has increased by about Rs 1.50 per liter. Along with this, the prices of premium petrol have also increased in Delhi. The prices of Indian Oil’s XP100 petrol (a premium variant) and Xtra Green (premium diesel) have been increased for Delhi.
The price of XP100 has been increased from Rs 149 per liter to Rs 160 per liter. Indian Oil’s XP100 is India’s first 100-octane premium petrol, designed for high-end luxury cars and superbikes. Similarly, Xtra Green (Premium Diesel) will now be sold at Rs 92.99 as against the previous price of Rs 91.49.
LPG prices have also been updated
The prices of LPG gas cylinders have also been updated in the country today. The government has not increased the price of domestic gas cylinders. But apart from this, the prices of 5 kg small cylinder and 19 kg commercial cylinder have increased. The price of 5 kg LPG has increased by Rs 51 and the price of commercial cylinder in Delhi has increased by around Rs 196.
At the same time, according to IOCL data, there has been no increase in the price of domestic gas cylinders in any metropolitan city of the country. A lot of relief has been given to the common people by the government and oil companies. On March 7, the price of domestic gas cylinder was increased by Rs 60 per gas cylinder. After which the price per gas cylinder became Rs 913 in Delhi, Rs 939 in Kolkata, Rs 912.50 in Mumbai and Rs 928.50 in Chennai. Which will remain applicable in the month of April also.
