What should be done during this holy time?
Premanand Maharaj Has also told a simple way to make good use of this 48 minutes of ‘sacred time’. He has said that during this time we should remain calm and do spiritual work.
Offering Arghya to Sun God: If possible, water should be offered to Lord Sun.
Gayatri Chant: Chanting Gayatri Mantra during this time is very fruitful.
Chanting Guru Mantra: Chanting the mantra given by your guru.
Name chanting: Chanting the name of God, which is considered the easiest means of salvation in Kaliyuga.
What to do if you are doing any work during that time?
However, Premanand Maharaj has said that if any work is already being done at this time, such as any necessary travel or work at the workplace, then it can be continued. He also said that every person should take out some time and chant the name during this time.
