Prabhas will return to Hyderabad from his vacation in a couple of days. The top star travelled to Europe on October 23 to celebrate his birthday. After spending nearly 10 days there, he is set to return home and resume shooting with renewed energy.
Prabhas has multiple projects in production, but his priority now is completing “Fauji”. Director Hanu Raghavapudi has been waiting for the actor to return to the sets to wrap up the shoot and stick to the announced release schedule. The makers recently postponed the film from December 2026 to March 2027.
With the new release date announced, Hanu Raghavapudi needs to complete the shoot by the end of January. He has reportedly asked Prabhas to allot his dates entirely to this film. According to sources, the actor has agreed to focus exclusively on “Fauji” for the next two months and will not be working on his other projects during this period.
“Fauji” is a period drama set against the backdrop of the Azad Hind Fauj and the British era. The film explores an alternative-history narrative, with Prabhas playing a powerful role. The first glimpse, released on his birthday, went viral and received considerable appreciation.
Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, “Fauji” is scheduled to be the first major Prabhas release of 2027, while Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s “Spirit” is slated to arrive in October.
