However, after the advent of new technology, its manufacturing time has reduced. Now it is prepared in just 11 months instead of 19 months. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, which manufactures it, has started multiple production lines. Media reports have claimed that Hindustan Aeronautics Limited can produce 24 fighter jets in a year.
