The impact of the tariff dispute between India and the US is now visible on postal services. The Indian Postal Department has temporarily stopped most of the postal services going to America from 25 August. The reason for this is the new order of the US government, under which the exemption on imported goods has been abolished. The postal department has said that services will be restored as soon as the situation is normal.
