Dietician Deepshikha tells that during pregnancy her weight had reached 104 kg. He claims that he reduced his weight by 40 kg in 6 months to 63 kg. Deepshikha believes that diet has played a big role in this.
morning drink routine
She used to start her morning by drinking the water of whole coriander soaked overnight. Coriander is a storehouse of nutrients because it contains fiber, calcium, iron, potassium, zinc, copper and folate and many other nutrients. Its anti-inflammatory properties are effective in naturally reducing inflammation in the body to some extent.
Poha and eggs for breakfast
After this, he eats vegetable poha and two boiled eggs for breakfast. In this, it is best to ignore the yellow part of the egg. For weight loss, special attention should be paid to fiber intake.
