The Center is assisting flood affected states and is helping in rescue and relief operations. The death toll from floods in Punjab increased to 43 on Friday. Rescue and relief work has been intensified by AIIMS Delhi sending a special medical team to the affected areas.

Delhi AIIMS sent a team of doctors and nurses
