Lucknow. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Ayodhya on Tuesday and hoist the sacred saffron flag on the peak of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple. All preparations for this historic event have been completed. Before the program, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Ayodhya on Monday itself and conducted a detailed inspection of the preparations made in the temple complex. He took information about the arrangements of the program from the temple administration and the district administration.
Prime Minister Modi’s detailed darshan-worship program of temples in Ayodhya
Prime Minister Modi will greet the people of Ayodhya on Tuesday morning, after which he will reach Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple. At around 10 am in the morning, he will visit Saptamandir and will also pay obeisance at Maharishi Vashishtha, Maharishi Vishwamitra, Maharishi Agastya, Maharishi Valmiki, Devi Ahilya, Nishadraj Guha and Mata Shabari temple. After this, he will visit Sheshavtar Temple and at around 11 o’clock, he will worship at Mata Annapurna Temple. After this he will offer prayers in the sanctum sanctorum of Ram Darbar.
Special time and importance of hoisting the saffron flag
Prime Minister Modi will hoist the 10 feet high and 20 feet long triangular saffron flag on the peak of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple at around 12 noon. This event will be held on Panchami of Shukla Paksha of Margashirsha month, in the auspicious Abhijeet Muhurta of Vivah Panchami of Shri Ram and Mother Sita. The flag has a symbolic figure of the shining sun, a picture of the Kovidara tree and ‘Om’ inscribed on it. This flag conveys the ideals of Ramrajya – religion, unity, dignity and cultural continuity.
Unique confluence of North and South Indian styles in the architecture of the temple.
The saffron flag will be hoisted on the summit of the temple built in the traditional North Indian Nagar style. The 800 meter wall surrounding the temple is designed in South Indian architectural style, reflecting the diversity of temple architecture. On the outer walls of the main temple, 87 episodes from the life of Lord Shri Ram related to Valmiki Ramayana are carved with beautiful carvings. 79 bronze-scale scenes related to Indian culture have been installed on the walls of the enclosure.
CM Yogi reviewed the preparations and gave instructions
On Monday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Ayodhya and directly inspected the entire preparation for the program. By giving necessary directions to the officials, he ensured that there was no flaw in the event.
