PM Modi lauds TV9’s war coverage, quips ‘there is no dearth of content now’

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while delivering his keynote address at TV9 Network’s What India Thinks Today (WITT) Summit, on Monday acknowledged the network’s war coverage.

“Today you are getting an enough of such content,” PM Modi jokingly said.

The PM also acknowledged TV9 for the theme of the Summit — ‘India and the World’. He said that discussion on India and world very relevant today.

Time for restraint and compassion

Reflecting on the hostilities in the Gulf, Modi said that it is time for restraint and compassion. “I say this again from TV9’s stage — it is now time for restraint and compassion,” he said.

The Prime Minister was gracing the event for the third time. The fourth edition of WITT Summit, signature thought fest that puts India first, is in its fourth edition this year. It is being held in national capital from March 23 to 24.
