PM Modi INAUGURETES Kartavya Bhavan: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday inaugurated the duty building-03 built on the duty path of the capital Delhi. Duty Bhawan-03 is a new building, which is part of the Central Vista Project. This is the first building of the 10 new buildings of Common Central Secretariat, which is now ready.
7 ministry under one roof
This building has been built so that government ministries and departments spread in different areas of Delhi can be brought to one place. This will make it easier to work between them, the conversation will be quick and the decisions will also be taken fast.
24 modern conference room
Duty Bhawan-03 is spread over an area of about 1.5 lakh square meters. It has a total of 7 floors including the ground floor and has been designed in such a way that many important ministries and departments of the Central Government can get the facility to work at one place. In this building, offices of Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of MSME, Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Principal Scientific Advisor and Intelligence Bureau will be established. This will not only improve the coordination between ministries, but will also speed up the pace of administrative work.
24 modern conference rooms have been created
24 modern conference rooms have been set up in Duty Bhavan, each of which has a seating capacity of 45 people. Apart from this, parking of 600 cars is available here, which is made keeping in mind the facilities of employees and visitors.

Old buildings were built between 1950 and 1970
According to the government, many ministries are currently working in old buildings like Shastri Bhavan, Krishi Bhawan, Udyog Bhawan and Construction Building. These buildings were built between 1950 and 1970. Now there is a shortage of space in them and they have become weak. Keeping in mind the needs and comfort of the employees, this building also has facilities like croche.
