During this time he will attend the 15th India-Japan annual summit at the invitation of Shigeru Ishiba. Trade and economic relations between India and Japan are becoming increasingly stronger. The last two years, semiconductor factory, education and more than 170 agreements have been signed, including an investment of more than $ 13 billion.
PM Modi can discuss quad
According to media reports, PM Modi can also discuss Quad with the Japanese counterpart amid stressful relations with the US. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will discuss issues related to the quad group and increase security and peace in the Indo-Pacific region. The US has taken this step due to opposition to India’s procurement of oil from Russia and opening the agricultural sector. Due to this, diplomatic progress between India and America has weakened in a long time and questions have been raised on the plan of Quad meeting. India will host the Quad Summit later this year.

PM Modi will visit electron factory in Tokyo
On 26 August, Prime Minister Modi took part in the program to build a Japanese’s Suzuki Motor Company in Gujarat. An investment of about $ 8 billion in India was also announced on the occasion. On next Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Shigeru Ishiba will visit the Electron Factory in Tokyo. According to the Japanese Foreign Ministry, the two leaders will also inspect the Tohoku Shinkansen plant in Sandai located in Miagi province on 30 August. Meanwhile, an agreement is expected to be signed between the two leaders on the introduction of Japanese E-10 coaches. These coaches will be sent to India for Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail or Bullet Train Project in 2030.
Xi Jinping will host SCO summit
Let us know that Chinese President Xi Jinping will host the SCO summit in Tianjin next week. The conference will be held from 31 August to 1 September in which more than 20 world leaders will participate. Russia’s President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi and other leaders of Central Asia, Middle East, South Asia and Southeast Asia will be included during this period. This will be Prime Minister Modi’s first visit to China in seven years. The two countries have been trying to reduce tension since the border conflicts in 2020. Prime Minister Modi last shared the stage with Xi Jinping and Putin at the BRICS summit in Kazan, Russia.
