What is PM Kisan Yojana?

The PM Kisan Yojana was launched by the Central Government on 24 February 2019. The purpose of this scheme is to provide direct financial assistance to the qualified farmer families of the country. It gets Rs 6,000 annually, which comes to the bank account in three equal installments.

Which farmers will get the 21st installment of PM Kisan?

  • Farmers who have their own agricultural land.
  • The name of the land should be registered in the name of the farmer (before 1 February 2019)
  • The farmer must have a bank account Aadhaar and link to NPCI.

Which farmers will not get PM farmer 21st installment?

  1. Whose family member has already taken advantage of the scheme.
  2. Those who do not have their own cultivable land.
  3. Those whose age should be less than 18 years till 1 February 2019.
  4. Those who own the institutional-government land.
  5. Who has NRI members in his family.
  6. Whose family members are in posts like Union or State Government Ministers, MLAs, MPs, Zilla Parishad and Mayor.
  7. Whose family members are officers and employees in government or semi-government institutions (except for 4th category).
  8. Whose family is taking a pension of Rs 10,000 or more in the family.
  9. Whose family member has paid income tax last year.
  10. Whose family should register or active in profession like a doctor, engineer, lawyer, CA, architect.

How to apply to PM Kisan Yojana?

  • Go to the official portal PMKISAN.Gov.in.
  • Go to ‘Farmers Corner’ and register yourself.
  • Link all the necessary documents and bank account.
