The police have arrested the accused Congress leader who abused Modi during the Congress vote rights journey. The Bihar Police team took action and nabbed the accused from Darbhanga.

BJP district president had filed FIR
In the objectionable remarks on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his late mother, BJP District President Aditya Narayan Chaudhary has lodged an FIR against Congress leader Naushad and others at Darbhanga Cyber Police Station. In his written complaint, the BJP leader said that during the Voter Adhikar Yatra organized by the Grand Alliance in the presence of Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav on 27 August, derogatory remarks were made against the Prime Minister and his mother from the stage. He has demanded the police for immediate arrest of the accused.

SSP Jagunath Reddy said that one of the accused has been arrested and he is being questioned in the case of making indecent remarks on Prime Minister Modi. The Darbhanga police team is continuously raiding in search of other accused. Simri police station has arrested Rizvi alias Rafiq alias Raja. Police is also searching for Sarfaraz Sheikh, the police station area. PM is accused of abusing Modi.
