Putin India Tour Update: Russian President Vladimir Putin reached India on Thursday 4 December at around quarter to 7 pm. PM Modi himself was present at Palam Airport to receive him. As soon as Putin’s plane arrived, the red carpet was first laid for him. Later, when he came down from the plane, Modi welcomed him warmly with a hug.

After this, both the top leaders left for the Prime Minister’s official residence at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg in a white color car.
