According to IOCL data, the prices of petrol and diesel in the country’s capital Delhi remain at Rs 94.77 and Rs 87.67 per liter respectively. On the other hand, no change has been seen in fuel prices in Kolkata also. If we look at the data, the prices of petrol and diesel here are seen at Rs 105.41 and Rs 92.02 per liter. In Mumbai too, the pause button has been pressed on the prices of petrol and diesel and the prices are Rs 103.54 and Rs 90.03 per liter.
Increase here for the second consecutive day
On the contrary, there is a metropolis where the prices of petrol and diesel have seen an increase for the second consecutive day. According to IOCL data, petrol and diesel prices have again seen a rise in Chennai. According to IOCL data, the price of petrol in Chennai has increased by 17 paise per liter from Rs 101.06 per liter to Rs 101.23 per liter. Whereas the price of diesel has seen an increase of 20 paise per liter and the price has increased from Rs 92.61 per liter to Rs 92.81 per liter. The special thing is that in Chennai, the price of petrol has increased by 43 paise and the price of diesel has increased by 42 paise per liter in two days.
Increase in crude oil prices
If we talk about the prices of crude oil in the international market, an increase of 3 percent has been seen in it. After the market closed on Friday, the last trading day of the week, the price of Brent crude in the international market was up by 3.54 percent at $ 112.19 per barrel. Whereas the price of American Crude WTI saw an increase of 2.68 percent and the price has come down to $ 98.23 per barrel. If experts are to be believed, there may be fluctuations in the prices of crude oil in the coming days.
