2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli (for colour)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dry mango powder
½ tsp citric acid (or lemon powder)
1 tsp salt (as per taste)
½ tsp sugar

Recipe to make Masala

First of all take a clean and dry bowl. Now add red chilli powder and Kashmiri chilli in it. This will give spiciness and beautiful color to the masala. After this add garlic powder, ginger powder and black pepper. Now add oregano and dry basil, which will give a light Italian flavor to the masala.

After this, add dry mango powder and citric acid, which will give slight sourness. Now add salt and a little sugar and mix everything well. Store the spices in an airtight container in a cool and dry place. Your delicious spicy peri peri masala is ready.
