1. Do not rush the warm-up
Fitness trainer Maddy told that, some people do warm-up, but they consider it just a step. Whereas this should not be done. Only doing warm up in the right way and for a long time can give better results. Just like you did arm circles or any similar small exercise, you cannot call it a warm up. Because if you skip the warm-up or do it hurriedly, your body is not prepared for the tough exercises to come.
2. Unilateral Work (Workout on one side)
Maddie explains the next mistake by saying that exercises that work one side of the body at a time help improve our stability, core strength and muscle imbalance. In unilateral exercise, you train both parts of the body not together, but one by one. Like single-leg squat or one-arm press. But often people ignore them because they are a bit difficult to do. At the same time, some people like such exercises which work on many parts simultaneously. The trainer says that unilateral exercises activate the core muscles better and help in balancing the strength of the body.
3. Running the phone in resting mode
Maddy told that the third mistake people make during workout is scrolling on the phone during rest time. He told that, using the phone during rest time without thinking can spoil the hard work of your entire workout. In such a situation, instead of using the phone during rest time, it is better to leave your mind and body completely free.
