Pakistan ODI squad vs Bangladesh: Pakistan Cricket Board is in action mode after the poor performance of Pakistan team in T20 World Cup 2026. Recently he had imposed fine on the players. Meanwhile, Aleem Dar has resigned from the post of selector. Now the board has taken big action against the team’s star player Babar Azam. This tournament was very bad for Babar Azam and he was shown the way out of the playing 11. Now he has been removed from the ODI team also.

Babar Azam was dropped from the team

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a 15-member team for the upcoming ODI series against Bangladesh. This three-match series will be played on 11, 13 and 15 March 2026 at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. Big changes have been seen in the team, where many senior players have been dropped and new faces have got a chance. Babar Azam’s name is also not included in this team, who is currently struggling with very poor form. He could score only 91 runs in 6 matches of the T20 World Cup.

Apart from Babar Azam, big names like Sam Ayub and Mohammad Nawaz have been kept out of this series. At the same time, Haris Rauf, who missed the team for the T20 World Cup, has also got a place in the ODI team. Players like Abrar Ahmed, Faheem Ashraf, Faisal Akram and Mohammad Rizwan are also part of the team.

The team includes six uncapped players, which are Abdul Samad, Maaz Sadakat, Muhammad Ghazi Ghori, Saad Masood, Sahibzada Farhan and Shamayel Hussain.
