New Delhi: In a major setback to senior Congress leader Pawan Khera, the Supreme Court on Friday refused to extend his transit anticipatory bail in connection with allegations on Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma wife’s three alleged foreign passports.
Earlier, the Telangana High Court had granted him transit anticipatory bail till Tuesday on the ground that he could approach any court in Assam where he made the allegations.
