Paresh Rawal Exits Hera Pheri 3?

As per reports published by several media outlets, Paresh Rawal had concerns regarding certain clauses in the agreement signed with the production team. One of the major sticking points was reportedly linked to the payment structure of the film.

Sources quoted in entertainment reports claimed that Rawal was expected to receive the majority of his remuneration only after the film’s theatrical release, which may not happen before late 2026 or even 2027.

The actor was reportedly signed for a fee close to ₹15 crore, while the initial signing amount paid to him was ₹11 lakh. Following his exit, Rawal allegedly returned the advance along with 15% yearly interest and an additional goodwill amount to settle matters amicably.

A source shared, “His total fees were locked at Rs. 15 crores. The term sheet mentioned that Paresh Rawal would receive the balance amount – Rs. 14.89 crores – only one month after the release of the film. The senior actor had reservations about this clause. Also, the film’s principal shoot is to commence sometime next year. This means that Hera Pheri 3 was unlikely to be released before late 2026 or in 2027. In short, Paresh would have had to wait for nearly two years to get the rest of his acting fees.”
