At the creation public school in Panipat, Haryana, a student of the second grade was just made so much that he did not do homework. Principal Reena adopted a very cruel way to punish the child instead of scolding him. He called the driver and asked him to take the child to the upper room. The child was tied with a rope near the window and hanged upside down and slapped. A video of the incident was also made and uploaded on social media.
