What happened on Wednesday morning in Palam area of the capital Delhi shook everyone to the core. A four-storey building located in street number-2 of Sadh Nagar suddenly burst into flames. People were in deep sleep and within a few minutes the entire house was filled with smoke. The only way out was also in the fire. 9 people died in this horrific accident.
When the fire broke out around 6:30 in the morning, most of the people were sleeping. No one even got a chance to recover. Within a short time, smoke spread throughout the house and breathing became difficult. People standing on the balcony were shouting for help, but the fire was so terrible that no one could muster the courage to go inside. There was an atmosphere of screaming and panic everywhere.
