What is the demand for protesters?
At the same time, the protesters are also adamant on their demands. They have made a total of 38 demands. These include the demand for the removal of 12 seats reserved for Kashmiri refugees living in Pakistan in POK assembly. Apart from this, agitators are also demanding to declare the ISI -backed Muslim conference as a terrorist organization. JAAC leader Shaukat Nawaz Mir says that people have not been given their fundamental rights for the last 70 years. He says that either the government should fulfill their demands, or face their displeasure.

9 people including three policemen died
The situation in PoK is constantly deteriorating. Violent clashes occurred during the strike called by the United Awami Action Committee, in which 9 people, including three policemen, were killed. According to local media, the market and other activities in PoK were completely closed due to the strike and communication system was also affected. Violence erupted in many areas including patient coats. 172 policemen and more than 50 citizens have been injured in these clashes.
