New Delhi: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha has declared the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) December 2025 session exam result. The OTET December 2025 result can be checked through the official website, bseodisha.ac.in. The overall pass percentage is recorded at 68.97 per cent.
Candidates who qualified for the OTET exam can download the certificate after paying the required fee. The fee payment last date is Feb 12. Those who could not qualify for the exam can download the Optical Marks Recognition (OMR) answer sheet which is available on the official website by February 18. The download link will be active till 4 PM.
To check the result, candidates first need to visit the official website and then on the homepage, click on the OTET result link. After clicking the result link, the login page appears where candidates need to enter the credentials and submit. Once done, the OTET result will be displayed on the screen. Over 1.06 lakh candidates qualify across both papers
For OTET 2025 paper 1, the pass percentage stood at 71.16 per cent and for paper 2, the pass percentage is at 68.06 per cent.
The OTET 2025 recorded a total of 1,60,420 registrations across both papers. Out of these, 1,53,747 candidates appeared for the exam, while 6,673 were absent. Overall, 1,06,041 candidates successfully qualified.
For Paper 1, 47,731 candidates registered of whom 45,091 appeared and 2,640 were absent. A total of 32,087 candidates cleared the paper. In Paper 2, 1,12,689 candidates registered, with 1,08,656 appearing for the exam and 4,033 absent. As many as 73,954 candidates qualified for paper 2.
BSE Odisha conducted the OTET 2025 exam on December 17 for both papers 1 and paper 2 across various centres. Candidates who have qualified for the exam are recruited for teaching positions in primary and upper primary schools across the state of Odisha.
