Afghanistan attacked Pakistan late Thursday night. Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid claims that 55 Pakistani soldiers have been killed in the attack. This attack was carried out in response to the Pakistani airstrike in Afghanistan on 22 February. Afghanistan has captured one headquarters and 19 posts of Pakistan. On the other hand, enraged after the attack, Pakistan has started Operation ‘Gazab Lil Haq’ against Afghanistan.
Pakistan’s Air Force has carried out attacks in many cities including Kabul and Nangarhar province. On the other hand, Pakistan has claimed that it has killed 133 Afghan fighters and destroyed 27 Taliban posts. Meanwhile, Pakistan’s operation ‘Gazab Lil Haq’ is in the news.
What does ‘Amazing Lil Haq’ mean?
Pakistan’s Information Ministry has shared information about starting the ‘Ghazab-lil-Haq’ campaign. ‘Ghazab Lil Haq’ is derived from Arabic words, which mean ‘anger for justice’ or ‘anger for truth’. It includes religious and moral sentiments that reflect anger while protecting a just cause.
Such phrases are often used as a response to justice rather than a campaign of aggression.According to The Dawn newspaper, on Thursday evening, Afghanistan opened fire at several places along the border in Chitral, Khyber, Mohmand, Kurram and Bajaur areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

‘Ghazab Lil Haq’ is the term used by Pakistan to describe this ‘retaliation’ in response to the alleged ‘unprovoked firing’ and aggression by the Afghan Army near the Durand Line. Pakistan has accused Afghanistan of harboring terrorist groups.
Islamabad says there has been an increase in violence in Pakistan in recent years, for which Pakistan blames Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Baloch separatist groups. TTP is different from the Afghan Taliban, but it has deep ideological, social and linguistic ties with it. TTP emerged in the tribal areas of Pakistan in 2007. The Afghan Taliban has repeatedly denied that it has given terrorists permission to carry out attacks in Pakistan.
Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif says, “Our people and armed forces are always ready to ensure the security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Our army is fully capable of crushing any aggressive ambition. There will be no compromise in the defense of the country and every aggression will be given a befitting reply.”

terror business in pakistan
Maryam Solaimankhil, who was an MP in the former government of Afghanistan, has targeted Pakistan. In a statement given in Los Angeles, he accused Pakistan of making terrorism a ‘business’ and said, every time Pakistan claims to kill terrorists after an airstrike, but the name of any terrorist never comes forward. Pakistan gave shelter to terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed and gave shelter to Osama Bin Laden. He said, now Pakistan is stuck with the same problem which had created it itself. Our women and children are being killed.
