Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath performed Gopujan as per tradition at Gorakhnath Temple on Vijayadashami. Apply tilak on Gomata’s forehead and fed jaggery, puri and rice laddus. After worshiping Bhima Sarovar, fed the fish, showed a wonderful confluence of faith and tradition.

On the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami, a special worship was organized in the Gorakhnath temple, where Gorakshpeethadhishwar and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took blessings by doing gopujan according to the tradition. In this ritual held in the Gaushala of the temple, the Chief Minister applied tilak on Gomata’s forehead and showed him a sense of Goseva by feeding jaggery, puri and rice laddus.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s intimate attachment to Gomata and cow dynasty is well known. On the occasion of Vijayadashami, his reverence and intimacy also visible while performing Gopujan. After the worship, he kept on cherishing the cow dynasty and lovingly expressing affection to him.
