CM Vishnu Dev Sai remembered Atal ji’s contribution by attending the seminar held in Raipur, Chhattisgarh in the memory of the Foundation Day of Pioneer Group and Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Raipur. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai Pioneer Group’s Foundation Day and the creator of Chhattisgarh state, Bharat Ratna attended a seminar organized in memory of revered Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The program was organized in the auditorium of Shri Balaji Medical College, Raipur, which was chaired by Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh.
Remember Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s contribution
The Chief Minister said that the formation of Chhattisgarh state is the gift of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. According to their dreams, the state is moving towards development today. He reminded that Atal ji made major changes in the roads in every village, the golden quadrilateral scheme, and the telecom sector. The Chief Minister also informed that Atal ji opened the way for the development of tribal areas by creating separate departments for scheduled tribes.
Congratulations to the pioneer group on completion of 10 years
Chief Minister Shri Sai congratulated the completion of 10 years of the pioneer group and said that the group has set an example of fearless and fair journalism. She also appreciated the free women’s health services of Balaji Group.
Experience to work with Atal ji
The Chief Minister remembered that he got an opportunity to work with Atal ji as an MP by 2004. Atal ji became Prime Minister thrice and separated the state of Chhattisgarh in 2000 from Madhya Pradesh. He was not only a skilled politician, but also an excellent litterateur and poet, whose speeches also influenced the opposition parties.
Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh’s views
Dr. Raman Singh recalled the beginning of the Pioneer Raipur edition in 2016 and said that this 10 -year journey was not easy. He said that Pioneer and Balaji Group have made their own identity not only in the health sector but also in the news world. Recalling Atal ji, he said that historical achievements like rural road scheme, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and Nuclear Testing were led by him.
