To make it, first of all, peel the luffa and cut it first. Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, asafoetida powder, coriander powder, a little oil and lungi in a bowl and mix well. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Now add oil to it. Now cover it and leave it on low flame to cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now prepare green chillies and ginger paste in the grinder. Now add curd and mix it. You can also add fry peanuts to it. Now add it to the luffa and mix it. During this time, keep the flame slow and let it cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Now for garnish, you can add coriander leaves and roasted peanuts or nuts. Torai’s delicious vegetable is ready.
